Shared storage for video teams

An endless cloud drive.

All your video, on every computer in the studio. Files only download when someone opens them, and only your team can open them.

How it works
What you get

Every shoot you have ever done, on every machine in the building and every laptop out of it, ready to cut the moment somebody sits down. No new application, no copying, no asking who has the drive.

01

The whole library, on every machine

An editor in the other suite opens the same shoot you are in, right now, without anybody walking a disk down the corridor. A freelancer starts on Monday morning instead of Monday afternoon. Nothing is copied, so it costs no space on their machine and no time on yours.

02

Straight onto the timeline

Drag a clip into Premiere, Resolve or Final Cut and it behaves like a file on a disk, because that is what it is. Two seconds to open, by reading about a megabyte of a two hundred megabyte file rather than hauling the whole thing over first.

03

Local speed on the job in front of you

Pin the project you are cutting and it downloads quietly overnight. After that it plays and scrubs like an internal drive, because the footage genuinely is on the machine. The rest of the library stays where it is, browsable and costing nothing.

04

Reorganise without moving a byte

Restructure a shoot, rename a folder, drop a render back in, and everyone else has it immediately. Two editors can work in the same project at once and neither can overwrite the other: if you both touch a file, both versions are kept and you are told.

End to end encryption

No one reads your footage.

Not a policy. Every file is locked on your own machine, with a key we never receive, before any of it is sent to us.

your footage, as we hold it AES-256

Your computer does the locking, before anything is sent. The key is made on that machine and stays there, so what reaches us is what you see on the left, and there is nothing here that turns it back.

The names of your files are locked with them. Somebody who took every disk we own would learn how much you have and nothing about what it is.

Every machine gets its own key to the door, so a laptop that goes missing is switched off in seconds, from a browser, without anybody else noticing.

Performance

Quick enough to forget it is not local.

An editor should not be able to tell where the footage is. Here is what they wait for, measured on a real mount with the tools an edit suite uses, against the thing they wait for today.

2 s

to open any clip in the library, from any machine, anywhere. It reads the front of the file rather than dragging the whole thing over, so a 200 MB take and a 2 GB one open in about the same breath.

Instant

to play and scrub the project you are cutting. Pin it and it lives on the machine overnight, so the timeline behaves exactly like the drive under your desk, because that is what it is.

90 MB

to browse a bin of a hundred takes. Less than one podcast episode, on hotel wifi, for a shoot that is twenty terabytes on the shelf.

Fast enough that nobody in the building asks where the footage is. They just open it.

It runs, and it is in daily use here. People go on a few at a time so that everybody gets looked after properly, and you will hear from a person rather than a sequence.

One address, kept so we can write to you. No newsletter.
